SAMPLE CHALLENGES

Announced in Andrew’s Discord community, we’re challenging you to MAKE SOME NOISE in two new challenges!

CHALLENGE #1

  1. Download the selection of free sounds from the Noise Making Game sample pack posted in the #official-projects channel on Discord. (The full sample pack is available for $10 in the webshop, with all proceeds going to support LA fire relief for affected musicians).

  2. Use the samples to make a track of any length and genre.

  3. Upload your track in the form below, fill in a few details, and submit before Sunday, March 16 at 11:59pm Eastern.

CHALLENGE #2

  1. Sign up for Andrew’s free mailing list here - you’ll receive access to a VCV Rack patch (the recreation of Andrew and Sarah Belle Reid’s noise making game session) and some other goodies in an automated email after you sign up.

  2. Download the VCV Rack patch and modify the patch in any way you think is cool! Add modules, change routing, change functionality, and of course change the resulting sounds. Feel free to go beyond the fundamental modules that are included with VCV Rack, but please limit it to modules that are available for free so that the patches remain accessible to anyone.

  3. Upload your modified patch in the form below, fill in a few details, and submit before Sunday, March 16 at 11:59pm Eastern.
