Slinky Kalimba Sample Pack
107 sounds including one shots, loops, excerpts, sample instruments and demos and stems from an exploratory session using a bizarre custom kalimba made by Ok Housecat.
In addition to audio files, 6 Ableton Simpler instruments have been created and are available pre-loaded into an Ableton Live 12 project. These take a long recording and can automatically divide them into up to 128 slices which can be triggered via MIDI. For those without Ableton, look inside the Ableton project folder to find the "Samples" subfolder where you can access the raw audio files; these can be loaded into any similar sampler instrument that has a slicing function.
All proceeds from the Slinky Kalimba sample pack will be donated to the Los Angeles Fire Relief Effort To Support Music Professionals who have been impacted by the LA area wildfires.
